Steve Elmendorf, President

Steve is a former senior officer of the Gilbert X-Ray Company, Vice President and National Marketing Director for film and chemical sales for Diagnostic Imaging and manager for equipment and consumable sales for Central Texas. Steve is a graduate of the Texas A&M Institute of Electronics Science. He has extensive knowledge of equipment and related products in the Radiology market. Steve has worked in this field for 31 years. Steve is married to Dr. Shirley Chow and they have five children.

Phil Winston, Vice President

Phil is a former senior officer of the Gilbert X-Ray Company. He worked as general manager for West Texas and later in San Antonio. With Diagnostic Imaging, he held several positions including General Leader for San Antonio and Sales Leader for Austin/San Antonio and South Central Texas. Phil served in VF-21 on the USS Ranger during the Viet Nam Conflict and learned his electronics in various Navy basic and advanced schools. He has worked in the radiology equipment field for 32 years. Phil has been married to his wife Susanna for 36 years and has four children and six grandchildren.

Mark Sobczak, Vice President

Mark is a former Service Manager for the Gilbert X-Ray Company and Service Leader for Diagnostic Imaging. But in the words of one our most knowledgeable customers, "Mark is simply the best service mind in the radiology field." Mark.s determined attitude to always exceed customer expectations has earned him the respect of everyone who has worked with him. Mark.s ability to work out extensive interface solutions for digital upgrades, positions MDI where other companies generally can not compete.
